Teak Wood Saint Thomas Outdoor Bench, 5 Foot

I ordered two five foot and one four foot benches in this model. They came undamaged, were easily unpacked, and we paid a carpenter we know to put them together. He was impressed with the quality and the prices, and so were we. The glue was dried up in our bench kits, but our carpenter knew what and where to get more, so that wasn't a problem. I'm very happy with the heaviness of the benches, they are almost like the heavy benches you see at estates and private parks. The biggest complaint I have is the benches were packed using very low quality Styrofoam packing, which immediately started disintegrating into a million tiny pieces that stuck to everything with static cling, then blew all over the garden when it wasn't clinging. It was a mess to clean up, and I'll be picking it out of the shrubbery for a long time to come. I'd have paid an extra few dollars not to have to have had a major clean-up problem.

Two men put it together with some difficulty. They had to use a lot of force but eventually got the pieces to line up to edges. The arrived glue was dried up so be prepared to buy more glue before your helper arrives.

After two previous attempts to purchase teak benches from different companies, we found your website.
At the check out you can choose to pick them up. The benches were ready at 10AM (following day) as promised.
Perfect because we're only at our condo for a couple of days.

Impressive fast service.

I am very happy with my purchase. Researched many benches, this one was the winner because sturdiness and fine sanding. Product is high quality, beautiful and the amount of weight it can hold. Some benches are 2-3 person capacity, but weight limit is 220-240 lbs. That is more like 3 kids. I don't plan on having 600lbs on my bench at any time, but knowing it can handle it makes these bench sturdy. Assembly is easy. Keeping my bench inside and waxed as per company suggestion. Looks so pretty!
